MEGAN DEANS

Meet Megan . . . 

My passion for design and architecture started at a young age when my parents designed and built our family home in the Okanagan.  As a kid, I was often found with a sketchbook in hand, creating drawings, floorplans and designs inspired by the natural landscape and heritage buildings we encountered on family trips.  Encouragement from high-school teachers and mentors lead me to study Fine Arts at university before earning a Diploma in Architectural Technologies from SAIT.  My experience as an AT includes single and multi-family residential development, as well as commercial and residential modular construction.  I recently earned an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design from CAT Kelowna and completed my practicum at Ecotecture.

My husband and I have established roots in the Okanagan where we are raising two energetic kids.  We enjoy mountain biking, downhill skiing and spending time exploring the valley as a family.
